Manually remove roxio update manager

I get this same pop up when I start up my pc and have to use task manager to get it to go away, very annoying. I would like to delete the Roxio Update Manager. Windows "Remove Program" fails, your site said to manually delete the files and folders,I did so but still get the pop up. This thread is locked.
