The point of the game is for the dealer to try to sell drugs to every one and avoid the cop then he wins and all the buyers win. The cop has to find out who the drug dealer is by looking at who signaled or any other way besides looking at people's cards, and "catch" him then he wins.

No one else can signal only the drug dealer and no there are no points. I really like this concept for a game. But I don't see how you are signaling. Does the dealer give a card to the buyer?

What is done with the cards during play? Is there any way of counting how many points the dealer or players have at the end of each game? From a standard card pack take one Ace, one King and enough numeral cards so that you have the same number of cards as there are players. These cards are shuffled and each player draws one card and looks at it, without showing it to any other player. The Candyman's aim is to sell candy to as many buyers as possible without being caught by the Cop.

To sell candy, the Candyman makes eye contact with a buyer and winks at him or her. No player other than the Candyman is allowed to wink.
